Who we work for

  • Strata managers and owners corporations

Leaks that have been patched before, defects across common property, and works that have to happen around residents.

  • Facilities and building managers

Water ingress, façade and concrete defects in occupied commercial buildings, planned so the building keeps running.

  • Consulting engineers

A contractor who can open up and test to your brief, then build the rectification you've specified.

  • Homeowners

Leaks, tired exteriors and full restorations, including older homes where the original character is worth keeping.

Recognise. Resolve. Restore.

Every job starts with finding the cause, because a repair aimed at the symptom usually fails again.

  1. Recognise

We inspect the area, map moisture and run controlled water tests to find the entry point. If the evidence runs out at the surface, we open things up carefully rather than guess.

  2. Resolve

You get a photographic report and a written scope that explains the cause and sets out the repair. If the fix needs an engineer or a registered design practitioner, we engage and coordinate them.

  3. Restore

Our trades carry out the rectification, keep residents and managers informed as it progresses, and hand the area back finished, with the warranties that apply to the work.

Leaks can come and go with the weather, and one leak can have more than one cause, so we won't promise to find it in a single visit. We test methodically and tell you what the testing shows before anyone quotes a repair.

What we do

Most of our work is on existing buildings where something has started letting water in or breaking down. We also restore and renovate homes, including older houses where the original details matter.

Work in buildings people are living in

Most strata and commercial work happens with residents and tenants still in the building. We plan access and noise around them, keep the strata or building manager updated as the job moves, and document each stage so the committee can see what was done and why.

  • Scopes and photos a committee can approve from
  • Access, notices and work hours planned around occupants
  • Engineers and registered design practitioners engaged when the work needs design or certification
  • One point of contact from first inspection to handover

We don't provide architectural, structural engineering or waterproofing design in-house. When a project needs it, we bring in consultants from our network and coordinate their work with ours, so design and construction line up.

Questions we get asked

What types of remedial work do you take on?

We investigate and rectify water ingress, waterproofing failures, leaking windows and doors, façade defects, failed sealants, concrete deterioration, corrosion and other defects in existing buildings.

Do you do water-leak investigations?

Yes. We carry out visual assessments, moisture testing, controlled water testing and, where necessary, invasive investigation to find the source of a leak and the path it takes.

Can you guarantee you'll find the leak in one visit?

No. Water ingress can be intermittent or caused by several different defects. We follow a systematic testing process, but sometimes more investigation is needed.

Are leak investigations free?

No. Specialist testing, invasive investigation and written reports are charged. We confirm the cost before we attend. Quotes for repair work are free.

Can you do the repairs once you've found the cause?

Yes. Once the likely cause is identified, we prepare a separate scope and quote for the recommended rectification.

Do you work with strata managers and owners corporations?

Yes. Strata and occupied-building remediation is a core part of our work. We coordinate with everyone involved and plan the works to keep disruption to residents down.

Can you arrange engineers and design practitioners?

Yes. Where specialist design or certification is needed, we coordinate suitably qualified engineers, waterproofing consultants and registered design practitioners.

Do you do rope-access or abseiling work?

We assess the access requirements and coordinate suitably trained and qualified rope-access specialists where that's the right approach.

Do you provide warranties?

We provide the statutory, workmanship and manufacturer warranties that apply to the scope of work, the contract and the products used.

What should I send when asking for a quote?

The site address, a description of the problem, photos, access information, and any existing reports, drawings or details of previous repairs.

What areas do you cover?

Greater Sydney and Wollongong. We're based in the Sutherland Shire.
